- Valuating and fostering initiatives in the town centre management sector by creating and developing a Quality Mark which would internationally recognisable,
- Encouraging the development of new projects in town centre management associations (public and private partnership) throughout cities and regions,
- Producing catalogues of good practices in town centre management,
- Creating an effective network capable of initiating a dynamic, developing exchanges of experiences and a ‘compendium' of good practices when relevant, promoting inter-regional, transnational and international co-operation by defining and setting up similar or related projects that can benefit wide target groups, and allowing cities, regions and countries to exchange information on their own hands-on experience in town centre management .
